Logixpace is an attendance platform: this page describes how we think about security for the public website, the admin console, and the employee app. Details vary by deployment — use this as a high-level guide and complete your own review with our team where needed.

  • Data separation

    Organisation data (employees, attendance, requests) belongs to your tenant in the product backend. Employee passwords and MPINs are handled inside the attendance product.

  • Transport & access

    Serve all surfaces over HTTPS in production. Restrict internal tools to trusted staff; customer orgs use your deployed attendance admin URL.

  • Abuse prevention

    Public forms should use rate limiting and honeypot fields. Add CAPTCHA if you see automated abuse.

  • Privacy

    Read how we describe processing in the privacy policy. Employees should look to their organisation as controller for work-related data; we process on behalf of subscribing organisations to deliver attendance features.
